I started TES a week before giving birth. Talk about timing.
Before that, I was an EA. I kept hearing the same complaints, support that felt transactional, assistants ticking boxes without really understanding the client, no real value being added.
I saw the gap. Leaders didn’t need more tasks done. They needed support that actually understood how they work, thought ahead, and protected their time.
So I built TES around that idea. Using my psychology background, empathy became the foundation, understanding people, pressure, priorities, and how leaders actually operate.
TES is like my other child. It’s built on one principle: executive support should be proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely make leadership easier.
We’ve grown quickly across South Africa, the UK, the UAE, Europe, and Australia. The standard hasn’t moved. Rigorous training. Proper onboarding. Assistants who take ownership and build real partnerships.
I stay close to the team and our clients to make sure what we promise is what gets delivered.
I remember what it feels like to be buried in the details. That memory still drives everything we do.

The founder and driving force behind The Executive Space, a company built to give high-performing leaders the kind of support that actually moves the needle. With a sharp eye for inefficiency and a deep understanding of what it takes to run and scale a business, she leads TES with a mix of operational precision and entrepreneurial instinct.
She launched TES while pregnant, turning a personal need for proper support into a business that now serves clients across South Africa, the UK, and the UAE. Under her leadership, the company has grown rapidly - not just in size, but in calibre.
Today, TES is known for its rigorous training, structured onboarding, and proactive, commercially minded assistants who know how to own outcomes, not just tasks. Daniella is not interested in surface-level service. She is deeply committed to building long-term partnerships, creating real value for clients, and reshaping how executive support is done. She works closely with her team and clients to ensure every engagement is rooted in trust, clarity, and results.
