Once the contract is signed, you will meet your TES manager. This is a strategic working session focused on building the right structure around you. We guide you through what to delegate, align on expectations, and lay the foundation for your assistant’s role. Behind the scenes, we collect the systems access, tools, and preferences needed to get your assistant up to speed.

You are introduced to your dedicated Virtual Executive Assistant. With clear guidance and the right context already in place, your assistant is ready to step in and start delivering value. We support both of you in building momentum, finding rhythm, and making sure the partnership starts strong from day one.
