90-Day Placement Guarantee

If your placed candidate resigns or is terminated within 90 days of starting, TES will source and present a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee.

Important: The replacement candidate must complete TES training to maintain our quality standards. The training fee for the replacement candidate is billed separately as shown in the pricing table above.

If the client cancels after TES training has begun, the full fee remains payable

Exclusivity Clause

The TES fee applies if the client hires any candidate introduced by TES within 6 months of initial presentation, regardless of hiring channel

Candidate Certification

All candidates must successfully complete TES training before commencing employment with the client
Only TES-certified candidates are placed to ensure consistent quality and readiness

Replacement Process

90-day guarantee applies from the candidate's first day of employment
Replacement recruitment is provided at no additional cost
Replacement candidate training is billed at the rates shown in the pricing table
Same payment terms apply for replacement training fees

TES Recruitment delivers more than just a candidate,we deliver a fully trained, certified Executive Assistant ready to excel from day one. Our flat fee of R40,000 (or regional equivalent) covers the complete process from role scoping through to placing a TES-certified assistant at your desk.

With our 90-day guarantee, if your assistant leaves within the first three months, we'll find you a replacement without charging recruitment fees again, you'll only cover the training cost of R10,800 to ensure your new assistant meets the same high standards.

TES General Recruitment (Non-EA Roles)

The initial setup involves 2-3 focused conversations covering your communication preferences, key priorities, and working style. We document everything so your assistant starts with a clear understanding of your expectations. After setup, the service operates independently. When you delegate something, it gets handled according to your established preferences without requiring further input or follow-up from you.

Will this take a lot of my time to set up and manage?

If we have immediate capacity, the process takes about a week from initial conversation to your first delegated task. If there is a waiting list, we begin profiling your needs and preferences immediately, so when an assistant becomes available, they already understand your communication style, priorities, and how you prefer things handled. This eliminates the usual ramp-up period.

How quickly can I get started?

You have probably dealt with assistants who need constant direction or vanish during critical periods. The cost difference usually reflects the quality of people you are working with and the infrastructure supporting them. Our assistants are specifically trained for executive work, understand business priorities, and have backup coverage when they are unavailable. Lower-cost options often mean you will spend significant time on training, corrections, and finding replacements when things do not work out.
