WE OFFER TWO CLEAR WAYS TO WORK WITH YOUR VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT. BOTH ARE DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU STRUCTURE, FLEXIBILITY, AND LONG-TERM VALUE DEPENDING ON HOW YOU PREFER TO WORK.

USAGE-BASED SUPPORT

This model is for clients who want detailed timesheets, flexible usage, and full visibility into how time is spent. You choose your daily cap, and you will be billed for actual time used, with a minimum of 70% of your selected plan.

• Pay for time used, not fixed hours (will be billed 70% as a minimum)

• Ideal for project-based or changing workloads

DEDICATED SUPPORT

Our retainer model is designed for consistency. You get the same assistant each day at a lower hourly rate. There is no time tracking or carryover, and if your assistant is unavailable, we provide a fully briefed stand-in for uninterrupted support.

CONTRACT TERMS

• No pausing of service is allowed under any plan

• Unused hours cannot be carried over

• A 40-day written cancellation notice is required for all contracts

• During the notice period, clients must continue delegating a minimum of 70% of their agreed hours

• If the agreement is ended without notice, a cancellation fee of 1.5 times the most recent monthly rate will apply

• Clients refusing to work with a replacement assistant during the notice period remain liable for the full payment and delegation commitment
