Yes, but only on a 6-month contract. The 20-hour Starter is not available on month-to-month. If you want to test support first, the 40-hour month-to-month package is the entry point.
The 6-month contract offers lower hourly rates and access to the 20-hour package. Month-to-month gives full flexibility with no fixed term, starting at 40 hours per month.
No. Unused hours expire at month end. The estimator is there to help you start at the right level rather than over-buying from the start.
Design team work is quoted separately from EA hours. Your EA can brief and coordinate the design team, but creative output sits outside the EA retainer.
TES provides continuity. Management steps in to ensure tasks are covered. You are never left without support or without a point of contact.
Most clients are matched with an EA and operational within five to seven business days of their introduction call.
You have one dedicated EA as your primary point of contact, backed by TES management oversight, quality checks and backup support.
